Lee brings energy and leadership to the team. A devoted family man, he’s a die-hard Everton fan, loves horse racing, and has a soft spot for golf. When he’s not working, you’ll find him cheering on his team or enjoying family adventures.
Henry – Mansfield Fire & Safety Director
Henry leads the team with passion and expertise. A true Mansfield local, he enjoys town football matches, socialising with friends, and indulging in life’s little luxuries. Known for his infectious enthusiasm, Henry makes safety fun (and effective!).
Fay – Office Manager
Fay keeps the office running smoothly with her organisational superpowers. She loves flower arranging, long walks, and catching up with friends. Her cheerful personality and knack for problem-solving make her the heart of the office.
Dawn – Senior Accountant
Dawn keeps the numbers in check with precision and flair. Family-driven and married to Lee, she enjoys fine food, wine, and luxury cars. Her love of figures and attention to detail make her the ultimate accounting wizard.
Chris – Head Engineer
Chris ensures every project runs like clockwork. A family man who loves good food, socialising with friends, and the occasional cheeky takeaway, he brings both skill and a smile to the team every day.
Craig – Senior Engineer
Craig balances work and play effortlessly. He enjoys golf, football, fast food, and quality family time. Always ready with a story or a joke, Craig brings experience, expertise, and personality to every project.
Lewis – Health & Safety Assistant
Martin – Health & Safety Officer
Martin brings hands-on experience and a friendly vibe to the team. A new dad, he loves darts, socialising with friends, and doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty in the garden. On sunny days, he’s often firing up the BBQ while keeping everyone laughing with his easy-going personality.
Andy – Training
Andy delivers both onsite and offsite training, whether in the classroom or out in the field — he’s got you covered! Training with Andy is always fun, engaging, and delivered in a safe learning environment. Outside of work, he enjoys weekends away and spending quality time with his family.
Jake – Engineer
Jake is passionate about building safe, reliable systems while planning for his own future. Excited about buying his first home and starting a young family, he enjoys football, friendly banter, and being part of the Mansfield Fire & Safety team.
Ash – Engineer
Ash keeps things moving on site. When not working, he enjoys darts, football, and walking his dog. His upbeat energy and love for a good laugh make him a favourite among colleagues.
