Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO) you — as employer, owner or person in control of the premises — must ensure a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment has been completed.
You must keep the assessment under review and make sure it remains valid, especially where the use or layout of the premises changes.
